Shipping/Returns

 

Each item is built to order. We construct everything her locally in Southern California. Please note that shipping time is after construction. If you order express shipping please give us time to build your order first. If you need your order asap for a trip, please call us and we will do our best to make it work.  Usually orders shipped on the west coast are delivered the following day through UPS.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can fix the problem. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange if there is any defect in workmanship with our products. If you are simply unhappy, let us know how we can make it right. 

Unfortunately we cannot control every aspect of fishing and sometimes things happen.  However, we are confident that purchasing our products will ensure that when you hook that big fish, you will not need to worry about any malfunction. Our crimps are double checked, our hooks are strong, and our attention to detail is second to none.  

Odyssea Tackle Co. is not responsible for normal wear and tear, misuse of product, product maintenance, or loss of product due to boat traffic, prop cut offs, or break offs. Normal wear and tear includes bent bars, corrosion, etc. 

Make sure to rinse your bars off with fresh water thoroughly and let dry outside of the bag. This will prevent failure due to corrosion. When storing spreader bars in the off season, rinse thoroughly and lightly coat terminal components with a silicone compound or salt away.
